BossMeAround won NYIGJ 2024 !!
I'm glad to announce BossMeAround scored 1rst out of 39 in the NYIGJ2024 !
...especially as it was the very first time participating in a jam and publishing a fully working game.
I'm particularly happy so many people got to play it thanks to the game jam, that was a good way to get it out there.
At the moment I'm writing this, +1100 people played it and it got over 1800 views ! So thanks a lot, everyone.
Despite being a small project, I put a lot of efforts into releasing it in time and shape. Couldn't count the hours but I'm pretty sure I reached the same states as my lil' virtual employees during theses two weeks :D
Anyways, I had a lot of fun making this, playing the others entries and participating overall.
...now, and I'm kinda considering making it into a real incremental game with no time limit, better balance and some better code framework (fortunately, "code cleanliness" is not a criteria :x)
Thanks again to Idroxyd the mathematics guy and to the NYIGJ for this fun adventure.
